Your access to and use of the ct44 platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred when you complete the account registration process, tick the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the ct44 platform after any amendments to these Terms have been communicated to you.

ct44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via an on-site notification. Continued use of the ct44 platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

Access to the ct44 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their ct44 account:

• You are 21 years of age or older. ct44 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You are an individual natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of ct44 or any of its group companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously had a ct44 account closed or suspended for any reason related to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with ct44 or any other online gaming operator that is still active at the time of registration.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not acting under duress or undue influence of any kind.

To access the full range of ct44 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making financial transactions, you must register a personal ct44 account. The following conditions apply to all ct44 account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active ct44 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all subsequent times. ct44 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the player.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ct44 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your ct44 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ct44 immediately at [email protected]. ct44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
• Account non-transferability: Your ct44 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party under any circumstances.

ct44 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in order to verify the identity and age of all registered players, prevent financial crime, and maintain the integrity of the platform. By registering a ct44 account, you agree to cooperate fully with all KYC and identity verification requests made by ct44 at any stage of your account lifecycle.

ct44 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request that you provide any or all of the following documentation:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Evidence of ownership or authorisation to use any payment method (bKash account, Nagad account, bank account, or card) used to fund your ct44 account.
• A selfie photograph taken whilst holding your identity document, as reasonably requested by the ct44 compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of the ct44 compliance team. ct44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the receipt and review of all required documentation. If a player fails to provide the requested documentation within 30 days of a KYC request being issued, ct44 reserves the right to suspend or close the account in question.

ct44 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the same name as the ct44 account holder. ct44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment account that does not match the registered ct44 account holder's name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

ct44 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — you should consult your payment provider's terms for details. ct44 will credit the amount received to your account balance; any provider fees are deducted before ct44 receives the funds and are therefore not reflected in your ct44 balance.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available account balance (comprising real-money funds only, excluding any uncleared bonus amounts) at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳1,000,000 per day, subject to the limits of the chosen payment method.
• KYC requirement: The player must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. ct44 reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routing where required by its payment processing arrangements.
• Processing time: ct44 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically credited to bKash and Nagad accounts within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Wagering requirement check: If any active bonus is attached to your account balance, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before the bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited in excess of any bonus amount remain freely withdrawable at all times.

ct44 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotions offered by ct44 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer:

• One bonus per household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is limited to one claim per registered player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Abuse: ct44 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings derived from a bonus, and suspend any account where it determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. Indicators of abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, collusion between player accounts, and exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed and games played on the ct44 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the ct44 platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet acceptance: ct44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player.
• Obvious errors: ct44 is not liable to honour bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, system malfunction, or human input error. ct44 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds after notifying the player.
• Result determination: For sports betting markets, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA) will be used to settle all bets. For casino games, the outcome displayed by the game server at the time of game completion is final.
• Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the game outcome will be determined by the game server in accordance with the rules of the game being played. ct44 is not liable for any loss of funds arising from connection interruptions on the player's side.
• Maximum winnings: ct44 may apply maximum winnings caps on specific games, bet types, or promotional offers. Any applicable caps will be clearly disclosed in the relevant game information or promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct44 platform. ct44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following, and to withhold any funds associated with such an account pending investigation:

• Registering more than one ct44 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the ct44 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of non-public information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors to obtain funds or game credits to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Using the ct44 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ct44 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

All content, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, page layouts, and other materials published on the ct44 platform (collectively, the "Content") are the intellectual property of ct44 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ct44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct44 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Content; (c) scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the ct44 platform; or (d) use any Content in connection with any other website, application, or service without the prior written consent of ct44.

The ct44 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of ct44. Unauthorised use of the ct44 brand, trademarks, or trade dress in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the ct44 platform, or any game or bet placed through the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct44 shall not be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise for any: (a) indirect or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) loss of business or revenue; (d) loss of data; or (e) loss of opportunity — whether or not ct44 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ct44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrep resentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The ct44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ct44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing your own measures to protect your device and data when accessing the ct44 platform.

ct44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all segments of its player base. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and must never be considered a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ct44 players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when set to a lower value and require a 7-day cooling-off period before any upward adjustment becomes active.
• Session time limits: Players may configure automated session reminders and hard time-out limits that terminate an active session after a specified duration.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, no further bets or game play will be permitted until the limit period resets.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion of 30, 90, or 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of receipt.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close a ct44 account at any time. Players who wish to close their account should submit a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

ct44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 9.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, collusion, or other criminal activity involving the account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring the restriction of the account.

Where an account is closed by ct44 as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, ct44 reserves the right to withhold any balance held within the account and to apply such funds in partial or full satisfaction of any losses, costs, or damages suffered by ct44 as a result of the breach. Any remaining balance after the application of such set-off will be returned to the player at ct44's discretion.

ct44 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Such amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in the products or services offered through the ct44 platform, feedback from the player community, or for any other operational or commercial reason at ct44's sole discretion.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially alters your rights or obligations under these Terms — ct44 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, or by posting a prominent notice on the ct44 website. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the ct44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease all use of the platform before the effective date of the amendment. Any bets confirmed or games completed prior to that date will be settled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ct44 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and engages with players in good faith in accordance with internationally recognised principles of fair play and consumer protection.

In the event of any dispute between a player and ct44, the player should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the ct44 customer support team at [email protected], providing full written details of the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought. ct44 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive written response within 10 business days of acknowledgement.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial submission, either party may refer the matter to non-binding mediation. The mediator shall be agreed upon jointly by the parties; failing agreement, each party shall nominate one candidate and the mediator shall be selected by lot from those nominees.

These Terms and all related documentation are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
